Tom Gesky founded Resourcive in 2001 to provide clients with more effective and cost-efficient Telecom/IT delivery solutions. Under his leadership, Resourcive has developed contractual relationships with over 100 carriers/providers, serving more than 300 corporate clients whose combined annual spend exceeded $1 Billion; resulting in more effective networks, and millions of dollars of cost reductions.
Tom has over 25 years of Telecom/Technology related experience in positions ranging from Technical Trainer to Account Manager, Sales Manager, COO, CEO. He received a BA from Hofstra University, and is a certified Leadership Trainer/Coach, and an active member of Vistage Leadership Advisory & Development Group. Tom has 2 daughters, and a son, and is active with sailing, skiing, cross-fit, martial arts, global travel, and cooking.
As President of Resourcive, Kyle ensures alignment of client vision throughout the relationship beginning with initial scoping calls and continuing throughout the full lifecycle through his management of the implementation and account teams.
Prior to joining Resourcive, Kyle served in the US Army Special Forces as a Green Beret. He brings the skills and experiences learned operating in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments to his role with Resourcive- his constant eye toward creating win-win partnerships has been integral to the success of many recent engagements.
Kyle holds a Bachelor in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary. Kyle enjoys outdoor sports, travel, education, and spending time with family.
Nick builds relationships with Private Equity firms and serves as an intermediary between partner agents and clients. Nick manages partnerships and illustrates the value Resourcive brings to our enterprise clients in all sectors.
Before joining the Resourcive team, Nick spent six years as a Special Operator in the United States Navy. He learned invaluable leadership, commitment and communication skills in his time with the special boat teams.
Nick holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Wilmington University and completed his Master’s in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston, West Virginia. Nick enjoys spending time with his family, CrossFit, the beach, and anything Pittsburgh sports.
OPERATIONS
As VP of Operations, Kyle works across the organization to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities at Resourcive, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Prior to joining Resourcive, Kyle served twelve years in Marine Special Operations Command as a Marine Raider. He has extensive experience leading local and global operations delivering exceptional and measurable results. He possesses a comprehensive background in partnership development and has successfully lead teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Kyle has a bachelors degree in Project Management and Software Development from Bellevue University. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Michael leads our enterprise consulting team, managing a portfolio of projects and engagements to integrate and advance technology within multi-location, multi-national companies. He excels at determining and balancing business requirements with financial and technology objectives to design and deliver solutions for the optimization of spend and network performance. Additionally, he develops and oversees actionable plans to integrate systems because of acquisition and corporate growth.
Head of corporate marketing, overseeing all lead generation and brand awareness initiatives across the firm. Josh is responsible for building our creative, campaign analytics, and full funnel methodology to generate net new logos as well as expanded opportunity in our base.
Prior to joining Resourcive, Josh held leadership roles at companies in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Fashion.
Josh holds a BA from the University of Virginia and is an alumnus of the AKIMBO Marketing Seminar. Josh enjoys all racquet sports, plant-based living, and mid-century minimalism design.

As a member of the executive team, Michelle drives the firm's people strategy and its alignment to key business goals, ensuring best in class talent to solve our clients' evolving needs.
Prior to joining Resourcive, Michelle held senior positions at Franklin Covey as Senior Client Partner, and Judlau Contracting as Manager of HR/Training and Development. Prior to that, Michelle was Vice President of Strategic Relationships at Global Performance and a member of the HR/Leadership Development & Training team at Goldman Sachs.
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College. She loves to kayak, paddleboard, travel, spend time with her three children and her dogs.
As Cyber Program Lead, Adrian serves as a conduit to bridge the gap between Finance, IT and Procurement departments when it comes to assessing and executing on cybersecurity initiatives. His team helps clients build programs in-line with their business goals and risks while ensuring security vendors are utilized to drive maximum value from those services.
Prior to joining Resourcive, Adrian served in the US Army Special Forces as a Green Beret, followed by developing security solutions as a government contractor before founding Proteus Advisors.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and his first introduction to cybersecurity was booting from a Backtrack live CD in 2006. Adrian is an avid sailor, and his drive is best illustrated by completing an Ironman distance triathlon (his first and last) 18 months after getting spinal fusion surgery.
As a leader within our consulting practice, Alex manages a client engagement team focused on delivering positive operational and financial impact across a portfolio of client engagements. These include efforts that span the spectrum of IT technologies, with organizations in several verticals ranging from mid-market to multinational, multibillion-dollar enterprises.
Prior to joining Resourcive, Alex served eight years in Special Operations in the US Army as a Green Beret and Sniper. He chalks his lessons learned in leadership and communication up to his experiences leading disparate teams through dynamic and high-risk environments overseas. Alex’s strategic focus has built several successful partnerships between Resourcive and its clients.
Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Virginia Tech. He spends his free time corralling his three young children and playing on the local lake.
As a Senior Consultant at Resourcive, Ryan’s role is to understand the strategic objectives and challenges of the businesses that he supports and provide insight and guidance to executive-level sponsors through governance. By aligning on the areas of opportunity to provide the greatest impact to the business, Ryan is able to efficiently deploy resources, including a team of consultants that he manages, focused on value creation.
Prior to joining Resourcive, Ryan spent the last decade in several technology consulting and sales roles on both the partner and provider sides of the industry. His diverse experience allows him to relate to stakeholders involved in all stages of technology assessment and procurement.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Saint Joseph’s University where he played Division 1 lacrosse for the Hawks. He resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife and daughter, where he enjoys staying active in the gym, on the golf course and at the beach.

Chris is a Supply Chain and Procurement executive with over two decades of hands-on Supply Chain and Sourcing/Procurement experience working across multiple industries and in various management capacities with some of the world’s most recognized brands.
Nearly half of his career was spent in the Automotive industry with General Motors, Eaton Corporation, and Benteler Automotive, where his responsibilities spanned management of inventory and distribution of over 250,000 SKUs across a network of 26 warehouse locations and global sourcing of a broad range of direct material commodities.
In more than five years in the CPG industry with Kellogg’s and Dr Pepper Snapple Group he executed hedging and sourcing strategies of market-traded agricultural commodities, packaging materials, and Indirect spend categories, after which he served as the executive responsible for building and leading a Strategic Sourcing function for a large, global Financial Services organization.
Chandler received his undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He also holds the designations of Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS and Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) from ISM.
He has twice been featured in Supply Chain World Magazine and served in the role of Adjunct Faculty for the Supply Chain program at the TCU Neeley School of Business.
Chris is based in Dallas/Fort Worth, where he runs a Supply Chain and Procurement consulting practice that he founded in 2018.

Ron is a seasoned, goal-oriented information technology professional with over 20 years of Infrastructure experience leading highly technical teams. Ron has worked in both the public and private sectors, with a diverse background in Strategic Planning and Design, IT Infrastructure Development (infrastructure and Application), Data Center Operations including Design and Automation, Cloud Service Management and Workforce Enablement.
Before becoming Chief Information Security Officer at Beazer Homes, Ron was VP of Infrastructure Engineering & Operations at Serta Simmons Bedding.

Ewan has held various IT leadership roles over the past 25 years, primarily focused on system migrations, over the past 10 years with a focus on M&A. With deep experience in a broad collection of industries (Chemicals, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Pharma), Ewan brings a blended approach of leadership combining IT, operations, and commercial focus to organizations.

Jason Abrahamson is the Vice President of IT & Infrastructure, at The Guitar Center Company.
He is a seasoned IT executive with over 18 years of success focusing on the intersection of business and technology while blending strong business acumen and technical innovation to optimize infrastructure, software development, and technical projects.
Jason has spent his entire career in IT, working at global brands such as The Walt Disney Company, Amgen, GotPrint.com, and Harbor Freight Tools.
Jason is a dedicated technical advocate specializing in directing teams through DevOps transformations, respecting legacy integrations, while embracing hybrid cloud services. As a strong analytical change agent, Jason has a rich history of building global technology platforms at scale, balancing budgeting, team development, shrewd negotiation, strategic execution, and cross-functional leadership to ensure operational excellence. Most recently, Jason developed the strategy and execution of a 600+ location chain-wide telecom transformation including over 7,000 phones netting over $1M a year in annual savings for GCC. The program was executed in 90 days.

Supply Chain Leadership:
Member of the Executive team responsible for planning and executing the Supply Chain operational consolidation of five manufacturing and distribution facilities into a single facility. Responsible for all aspects of transportation and distribution at five facilities across the US. Successfully led the consolidation of two acquisitions from both a systems and supply chain operational perspective taking advantage of synergies between facilities to minimize overhead and maximize efficiency.

Led and developed teams and projects of all sizes focused on continuous improvement, including ERP, Warehouse Management, Financial and Demand Planning, HCM/HRIS, Product Life Cycle Management, and Business Intelligence. Track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget.
